Delivery / Order-Pick Up Policy

DELIVERY POLICY:

We only deliver within the Concord and Kannapolis area. We cannot make electrical connections or set-up appliances. During delivery, inspect the furniture and report any damages to Homeoutlet, within 24 hours after delivery.  You will be required to sign a document to acknowledge that you received the merchandise in excellent condition.  We do not move any existing furniture in your home. Please measure the intended area in your home to be sure everything will fit accordingly. Measure the furniture by length, width and height to determine how much floor and wall space it will need. Measure the depth and width of the furniture to determine if it will fit through your home’s entryway. We will not hoist furniture or remove windows/ doors.  We do not haul off any old furniture.

ORDER-PICK UP POLICY:

The following information is required to pick-up merchandise from Home Outlet. Must have a copy of the receipt. Must present a valid form of ID. You will be required to sign a document to acknowledge that you have received the merchandise in good condition. Be sure to inspect your purchase for any visible signs of damage prior to leaving the store. We will not be responsible for any damages to your merchandise during the loading or transportation of the customer’s merchandise. If someone other then you is picking up the merchandise, please inform to Home Outlet associate. The person needs to present a valid form of ID and sign a document.
